Invisalign, implant and lumineers case
- He expressed his desire to improve his traumatic bite; he had some missing teeth and wanted to replace them with implants and was ready to have a white, brighter, more masculine, and comfortable bite and smile
- We had to plan everything to execute this. We started taking records. We began with Invisalign first, then placed three implants for him, and finally, we prepped him for financial cosmetic work with 10-unit lumineers on top and lower arch.
- We accomplished all his goals, and he became one happy camper!!
Veneer case
- This beautiful young lady came to my practice. Her goal was to have an attractive, bright smile and comfortable bite.
- To execute her goal, first, we had to plan her case with/ provision wax up and present to her before and after, then accomplish her goal by providing eight veneers
Invisalign / Lumineers case
- This patient presented in our office three years ago with a bleeding gum issue, heavy crowding, and misaligned teeth. He was eager to have a healthy mouth again with a whiter, brighter smile and a comfortable bite.
- We had to have a plan to execute his goals.
- We proceeded with his bleeding gum issue. First, once we put his gum in a healthy condition, we followed by aligning his teeth with clear removable aligners. The last piece of the puzzle was 10 unit lumineers on the upper front arch. We were able to achieve his goals and provide him with a healthy mouth, comfortable bite, and a whiter, brighter smile he had been looking for a long time.
Lumineers case
- Her goal was to improve her smile, not to show too much gum, and to have a whiter, brighter smile.
- To execute this, we had to plan her smile first with the provision.
- To accomplish her goal, we added length, performed laser gingival recontouring on some front teeth, and provided her with 10-unit lumineers.

Speaker 1: This is Angiani and she’s been a patient with Dr. Formoli for many years and she’s just going to tell us a little bit about some of the treatments she’s done.
Speaker 2: Well, background, I’ve always had problems with my teeth. Going to the dentist is one of the first memories I have in childhood, and one of the problems is that I have a short jaw with powerful muscles, so I wind up grinding my teeth down in the front until they were stubby. So one of the things we did, we had to put veneers on the bottom. So naturally we had to put them on the top. And besides protecting them, it also made a really big difference in the way my face looks. So I was pleased with the results and because I’ve always had problems for some reason with my teeth, I wind up having a pretty good number of implants done. Dr. Formoli did a couple more and she fixed the ones that were starting to be loose from previous work, which entailed her having to go do research to find out what the hardware was that she was going to need. But she found out and she got it all straightened out. And finally, big problem I have with dentistry is that I’m a really first-class coward, so this is a nice place for that. People like me don’t get too scared.
